Twas a Wacky Tacky Wednesday

As Wiggly would say...“tacky tacky funny.” He was most amused by his shirt and the mismatched shoes. His contribution to his outfit: the black head band.
What did he think of my outfit? "bery pretty!" HA!

Had to take it down Nana J. Agency guidelines on blogging about adoption changed. I will put them back up once the adoption goes through.
